Admission Procedures

Admissions are offered to Kindergarten (MTS to UKG) and Standard I to Standard X, subject to availability of seats and fulfillment of eligibility criteria as prescribed by the ICSE Board.

Application Form

Students seeking admission to Sandur Education Centre School (ICSE) may obtain the application form from the school office. The completed application form must be submitted along with the prescribed fee within the notified admission period.

Admission Process

Admissions at Sandur Education Centre School follow a systematic and transparent process aimed at identifying students who will benefit from the school’s strong academic and value-based environment.

Collection and submission of the duly filled admission application form within the specified dates.
Students seeking admission from Standard I to X are required to appear for an entrance test based on the ICSE syllabus.
Shortlisted students and their parents will be invited for a face-to-face interaction with the school authorities.
Admission is granted based on academic performance, interaction, and availability of seats.
Selected candidates must complete the admission formalities and fee payment within the stipulated time.

Documents Required

Certified copy of previous year’s report card (if applicable).
Original Transfer Certificate from the previous school (if applicable).
Five passport-size and two stamp-size photographs of the student.
Three passport-size photographs of both parents.
Certified copy of the birth certificate.
Self-attested copies of Aadhar Cards of the student and parents.
All photocopies must be self-attested with date.
Caste and minority certificate (if applicable).

Entrance Test

Students seeking admission from Standard I to X must appear for an entrance test to assess their academic readiness as per the ICSE curriculum.

Certificate Verification

All original documents must be produced at the time of the entrance test and interaction for verification.

Face-to-Face Interaction

Selected students along with their parents will be invited for a personal interaction with the Principal and admission committee.

Confirmation of Admission & Fee Payment

Upon confirmation of admission, parents are required to pay the prescribed fees within the stipulated time to secure the seat.

Mode of Payment

Fees can be paid at the school office through Cash / Cheque / Online Transfer.

Non-Refundability

Once the admission fee is paid, the admission is considered confirmed. The fee paid is non-refundable under any circumstances.
